• Central System: is a system designed to cool an entire building or house, as opposed to a single room or area. It consists of a condenser unit located outside the building, and a series of ducts and vents that distribute the air throughout the building.

• Multi-Zone System: is a system that doesn't require duct work to distribute air throughout a building. It is designed to provide independent temperature control to different zones within a building. A multi-zone system allows for different temperatures to be set in different rooms, providing greater comfort and energy efficiency.

• Packaged Unit: is a unit that combines all of the necessary components for cooling a building into a single, compact unit. All the components are all housed within a single unit that is installed on the rooftop of the building.

• Mini Split Unit: is a type unit that consists of an outdoor unit and one indoor unit, which is mounted on the wall or ceiling of the room to be cooled. Like a Multi-Zone system, it does not require duct work.
